Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Treinou (the "app", "service"), you agree to these Terms of use and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form an agreement between you and Treinou. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Treinou. If you are between 13 and 18, you must use the app with the consent of a legal guardian.

By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping it up to date.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You can sign in with email, Google or Apple. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by requesting it through our privacy email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Treinou to: post illegal, offensive, harassing content or content that violates others' rights; misrepresent workouts or identity; attempt to access other users' systems or data; or disrupt the service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (check-ins, photos, stories, comments, measurements). By posting, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the service to make it work.

You are responsible for the content you share and for respecting others' privacy when posting photos or information in groups and the feed.

6. Health disclaimer

Treinou is a tracking and motivation tool, not a medical service. We do not provide medical, nutritional or personalized training advice.

Consult a health professional before starting or changing your exercise routine. You train at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The Treinou name, brand, logo, design and app code belong to Treinou and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treinou is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the app.

We do not guarantee the service will always be available, error-free or secure against failures.

9. Termination

You may stop using Treinou and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these terms or as required by law.
